Accessibility at the clinic

Yes. The clinic is wheelchair accessible, with step-free access from both the street and the car park via lifts, and wide corridors that accommodate mobility aids. Disabled parking is available.

Access features

• Step-free entry: no stairs between the street or car park and the consulting rooms. Lifts take you from either entrance to Level 2, where Suite 210 is located.
• Wheelchair access throughout, with wide corridors for wheelchairs, walkers and other mobility aids.
• Disabled parking is available. Visitor parking on B1 at 4 Columbia Court connects directly to Level 2 by lift. See Parking at the clinic.
• Restrooms are on Level 2, behind the lifts, outside the suite.
• Free Wi-Fi throughout the building, and the Nexus Cafe is on the ground floor.

Getting here accessibly

Arriving by car, park on B1 and take the lift directly to Level 2: this is the shortest accessible route. Arriving by metro, the walk from Norwest Metro Station is flat the whole way (600 m, about 8 minutes). See Getting here by public transport. If getting to the clinic is difficult

Every session offered in clinic is also available online via Zoom with the same practitioners and session structure, which can be a good option if travel is a barrier. See in-clinic vs online hypnotherapy.
