Norwest Wellbeing sends SMS reminders and confirmations about your appointments, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Your mobile number is never sold.

What triggers a message

Messages are tied to your care and your account:

  • Booking confirmations, after you book, you receive a confirmation email, followed by SMS reminders as your appointment approaches. See what happens after you book.
  • Session delivery, when a personalised audio session is ready, a link arrives by email and/or SMS.
  • Account emails. Sign-in codes and intake form links are sent by email when you use the member portal.

Opting out of SMS

Reply STOP to any SMS and you're opted out of future messages. Keep in mind that reminders exist to protect you from missed-appointment consequences, if you opt out, put your appointment times somewhere you'll see them, because the cancellation policy still applies.

What happens to your number

Your mobile number is used for the communications above and for returning-client verification when you book again. It is never sold. Full detail on how your personal information is handled (Australian servers, retention periods, your access rights) is in privacy and your records.

Email deliverability

Our emails occasionally land in spam, and corporate networks can block them entirely. Worth knowing if a sign-in code or form link seems missing. Trouble signing in has the checklist.

Who to contact

For anything about communications (opting back in after replying STOP, updating your mobile number or email address, or messages you didn't expect) email hello@norwestwellbeing.com.au or call (02) 8069 9777.
