Norwest Wellbeing is not a crisis service, in an emergency call 000, or reach a 24/7 crisis line such as Lifeline on 13 11 14.

In an emergency, call 000 or go to your nearest emergency department. Norwest Wellbeing is not a crisis service. We provide scheduled clinical hypnotherapy only, and we cannot respond to urgent or after-hours safety situations. The services below can, 24 hours a day.

When to use these services
Call 000 or attend an emergency department for any immediate danger. Use the crisis lines for thoughts of suicide or self-harm, severe panic you cannot manage, psychosis, severe depression with inability to function, a substance crisis or overdose, or any situation where you cannot keep yourself or others safe. What we can and cannot do
Our practitioners work by scheduled appointment, Monday to Friday, and there is no after-hours availability. If you contact us in a crisis, we will direct you to the services above: not because we don't care, but because they are staffed, trained and available for exactly this, right now, and we are not.
After the crisis
Once you are safe and any acute situation is being managed, scheduled therapy may have a role in your longer-term recovery. is hypnotherapy right for me can help you consider it.
