When you arrive, simply walk in and take a seat. Check-in is self-service, there's no need to knock, and your practitioner will come out to greet you at your appointment time.

Step by step on arrival

  1. Enter the Nexus Building at 4 Columbia Court, Norwest, and take the lift to Level 2.
  2. Turn left out of the lift and follow the signs to Suite 210.
  3. Walk in (no knocking needed) and take a seat in the waiting area.
  4. Put your phone on Do Not Disturb.
  5. Your practitioner greets you at your appointment time.

If you need the restroom before your session, the restrooms are behind the lifts on Level 2, outside the suite.

Before you set out

Plan your trip so you're seated a few minutes early. Parking on B1 can be limited during the day (see Parking at the clinic), and the walk from Norwest Metro takes about 8 minutes (see Getting here by public transport). If you're running late on the day, phone (02) 8069 9777. See Running late or missed appointments.

Remember that the balance of your session fee is paid at the appointment by credit card or cash, and your intake form should be completed before you attend. See What to bring to your appointment.

Common questions

Q: Do I need to report to a receptionist? A: No. Check-in is self-service. Take a seat in the waiting area and your practitioner will greet you at your appointment time.

Q: How early should I arrive? A: A few minutes early is ideal. Enough time to park, find Suite 210, use the restroom if needed, and settle in. There's free Wi-Fi in the building while you wait.

Q: What if I arrive and no one is there? A: That's normal. Practitioners are usually in session until your appointment time. Take a seat and wait; if your appointment time passes with no greeting, phone (02) 8069 9777.

Q: Can someone come with me? A: A support person can wait in the waiting area. For children's sessions, a parent completes the intake and can be present. See Your role as a parent.
