How to order a personalised audio session
Buy a personalised audio session on the website, complete the intake form, and your chosen practitioner creates the recording and delivers it within 24–48 hours via the member portal.

This guide takes you from purchase to pressing play on your personalised audio session. The whole process usually completes within 24–48 hours of you finishing the intake form.
Prerequisites
- A card for payment. Personalised audio sessions are $97.
- About 10–15 minutes to complete the intake form thoughtfully: the recording is written from it.
Steps
- Buy on the website. Choose your personalised audio session at norwestwellbeing.com.au, select your practitioner (Paul or Rebecca Smith) and pay. If you want to hear the style first, try the free 10-minute sample at /hypnosis.
- Complete the intake form. This is the most important step: your practitioner writes your session from it, so be specific about your concern and what you want to change. See complete your intake form.
- Your practitioner creates the recording. Your chosen practitioner writes and records the session personally.
- Receive delivery within 24–48 hours. You get an email and/or SMS with a link when it's ready. Sign in to the member portal at members.norwestwellbeing.com.au to play or download it.
Troubleshooting
If nothing has arrived after 48 hours, check your spam folder and make sure the email address on your purchase is one you check. SMS download links expire after 7 days, after that, sign in to the portal instead. If your audio won't play, follow audio not playing troubleshooting, or contact hello@norwestwellbeing.com.au.
