SMS download links expire after 7 days. While the link is active, it works without signing in. Tap it and play or download your session straight away. After 7 days, your audio isn't gone: sign in to My Sessions in the member portal to keep playing or downloading it, or request a fresh link from a desktop or laptop.
How delivery works
When your session recording is ready, you receive an email and/or SMS with a link. The SMS link is designed for convenience (no sign-in needed) which is why it's time-limited for security. Your recording itself stays in your account under My sessions.
After the link expires
For the step-by-step (download on your phone vs request a new link on desktop), see my download link has expired.
- Sign in to the member portal at members.norwestwellbeing.com.au. See how to sign in to the member portal if you haven't before.
- Open My sessions and download the file on your phone, or on a desktop click Request new link.
- To save every file at once from the portal, use View all downloads. See My Sessions and downloads.
Downloading is worth doing early: a saved copy on your device plays anywhere, with no link or sign-in required.
Common questions
Q: My link expired. Have I lost my session? A: No. Your recording remains in your account. Sign in to My Sessions to download it, or request a fresh link on desktop. See my download link has expired.
Q: Why do the links expire at all? A: Because SMS links work without a sign-in, they're kept short-lived (7 days) so a forwarded or old message can't give someone else ongoing access to your audio.
Q: How long can I access my session in the portal? A: Your sessions stay available in the portal: the 7-day limit applies only to the no-sign-in SMS link, not to your access. If your audio hasn't arrived yet, see when will my audio arrive.
Q: The link works but the audio won't play. What now? A: That's usually a device or connection issue rather than the link. Work through audio not playing troubleshooting.
