For an in-clinic appointment you pay a $50 deposit online by card (processed securely through Stripe) when you book, and the remainder at your appointment by credit card or cash. For Zoom appointments, the full session fee is paid online at booking. There is no deposit split.

In-clinic appointments

  1. Pay the $50 deposit by card during online booking at /appointments.
  2. Pay the balance at your appointment, by credit card or cash.

Your deposit counts toward the session fee. It is not an extra charge. Current session fees are listed in Session fees.

Zoom appointments

The full session fee is paid by card at the time of booking. If you switch an existing in-clinic booking to Zoom, you pay the full session price minus the $50 deposit you have already paid.

Deposits and rescheduling

Your deposit transfers to the new appointment if you reschedule more than 48 hours before your session. There is no fee. Within 48 hours of your appointment, the $50 deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is needed to rebook. No-shows, reschedules or cancellations within 48 hours may also incur a $150 non-attendance fee. The full policy is in the Cancellation policy.
