Norwest Wellbeing works with a wide range of concerns across anxiety, sleep, habits and addictions, weight and eating, gut and pain conditions, women's health, children's issues, and confidence and performance. All conditions are seen at the same fees: $300 initial consultation, $300 returning, with a $50 deposit for in-clinic bookings.
Anxiety and emotional wellbeing
Anxiety, panic attacks, social anxiety, health anxiety, overthinking, OCD, exam anxiety, public speaking, phobias (flying, driving, heights, needles, dental, claustrophobia/MRI, emetophobia, agoraphobia and more), PTSD and trauma, depression, grief and loss, stress, anger management, jealousy and breakup recovery. Sleep
Insomnia and sleep issues, and nightmares. Covered in detail in hypnotherapy for sleep.
Habits, addictions and eating
Quit smoking, quit vaping, alcohol reduction, gambling, porn addiction, nail biting, skin picking, hair pulling (trichotillomania), teeth grinding, weight loss and weight management, emotional eating, binge eating and sugar control.
Body and health
IBS, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, migraines, tinnitus, eczema, high blood pressure, autoimmune support, and women's health concerns including fertility support, hypnobirthing, morning sickness/hyperemesis gravidarum, menopause symptoms, hot flashes, postnatal depression and sexual health concerns. Performance, focus and self-belief
Self-esteem and confidence, imposter syndrome, procrastination, focus and concentration, memory, motivation, sports and athletic performance, career and job performance, and creativity. There's also ADHD management, misophonia and selective mutism.
Children and teens
Common childhood issues include anxiety, sleep issues, bed wetting, fussy eating, fears and phobias, school refusal, self-esteem, anger, teeth grinding, thumb sucking, exam stress, ADHD management and tics. Paul Smith leads paediatric hypnotherapy, with in-clinic sessions for ages 5–12.
